My name is Garrett, and I reside in Phoenix, Arizona and have been working with music/audio/sound of all kinds for 12 years, professionally for the last 7.

I executively operate the recording studio at Northwest Community Church here in Phoenix, and have worked closely alongside professional mix engineers and producers from Grand Canyon University. I am also a professional musician and have performed on a variety of stages including the Grand Canyon University Arena. Whether it be session work, playing live, studio recording, mixing, producing, or giving guitar lessons… music has been the main hobby I have cultivated for half of my life.

Eventually, the work that I was doing for others (and myself) was racking up to the point where I felt a need to start doing the work under the identity of a business, not just as myself.

My Dad has a Pool and Spa business named “Kodiak Pools & Spas”, so to keep the family name, I decided to name my business “Kodiak Sound”.

The most important thing you should know about me as a person is that I follow and serve the Lord Jesus Christ. Everything else is truly inconsequential.
